Search Engine Optimization is a term that people have been hearing about ever since the major search engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo started competing. Everyone knows that this is a term that has something to do with the content of a website and how that content makes the website improve its’ position on major search engines.

Well the popularly known description of Search Engine Optimization is partially true. Thus it is the job of the Search Engine Optimization Expert to analyze search trends and keep track of the most brought up keywords so that such content could be created that could improve the visibility of the website. An SEO (Search Engine Optimizer) could be a web developer, or someone who doesn’t have any programming experience but knows about search trends and terminologies.

Submission of the data content of a website to a search engine can be anything from article titles, complete articles, video names, image names or other uploaded file names.
